What do I need to do to qualify?

Which projects are included in this offer?
The offer applies only to our select projects across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR. You can view the full city-wise list on our website.
Can I combine multiple bookings to increase voucher value?
No, each booking is evaluated individually. Voucher value is calculated per home unit and cannot be clubbed across multiple bookings.
How do I claim my voucher?
Once your booking is confirmed and processed, Dwello will share a simple Voucher Acceptance Form. Submit it along with basic documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Index-2 copy, and proof of booking amount paid to the developer).
When will I receive my voucher?
You will receive your Amazon voucher after the booking is cleared and validated. We’ll notify you once it’s ready.
Is this festive offer valid with developer schemes?
Yes! This is an exclusive festive offer from Dwello and is over and above any discounts or schemes offered by the developer.
Do I need to pay Dwello anything extra to get this voucher?

What happens if there’s a delay from the developer’s side?
Don’t worry, your vouchers remain secure. They will be released as soon as the process is complete.
Why are there limited projects for availing this offer?

While many other projects may also exhibit excellent execution and on-time completion, these projects, in our opinion, are best placed to give our customers a relatively good experience.
