The person in this role will be responsible for driving revenue through a team of real estate consultants within a specific micro-market. As a crucial touchpoint between the organization and homebuyers, the Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while upholding the brand’s reputation for being customer-centric. This role also involves mentoring consultants, guiding them towards closures, and ensuring consistent delivery on sales targets.
