On the Aaple Sarkar homepage, find the "Citizen Login" section on the right-hand side. If you're already registered, simply enter your username, password, captcha, choose your district from the drop-down box, and click on "Login."

New User Registration:

If you are new to Aaple Sarkar, click on "New User? Register Here." You'll be directed to https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/en/Registration/Register.

Option 1: Mobile Verification

In this option, verify your mobile number using OTP and create a username and password. Remember, when applying for services on Aaple Sarkar, you'll need to attach a photo, identity proof, address proof, and any other required documents.

Select your district, enter your mobile number, click on "Send OTP," and enter the OTP received. Then, choose an available username and proceed.

Option 2: Complete Self-Details Upload


With this option, upload your complete self-details, including photo, identity proof, and address proof. Create your user profile using OTP verification on your mobile number. Once done, you won't need to attach supporting documents while applying for services.


Fill out the form in six parts. Start with applicant details, including salutation, full name, father's name, date of birth, age, gender, and occupation.

Enter the applicant's address as per the document, including street name, building name, district, taluka, village, and pin code.

Verify your mobile number and username. Enter your PAN number and choose a username and password.

Upload your photograph following the provided instructions regarding format and size.

Select one document each for proof of identity and proof of address, and upload them. Accept the terms and conditions and click on "Register."




Certificate Authentication

One of the standout features of Aaple Sarkar is its certificate authentication process, which allows users to verify the authenticity of their documents conveniently. 


Step 1: To verify the authenticity of the certificate that you have applied for, click on verify your authenticated certificate

Step 2: Select the department from the drop-down box, the sub department, the service applied for and the application ID and click on 'Go'.
