  • Visit the official Parivahan website: https://parivahan.gov.in

  • You will be redirected to the Andhra Pradesh RTO portal.
  • Click on "Know Your Vehicle Details" or "RC Status" option.
  • Enter your vehicle registration number (for example: AP16AB1234).
  • Enter the captcha code shown on the screen.

How to Transfer Vehicle Ownership in Andhra Pradesh

  • Fill the ownership transfer form - Form 29 and Form 30.
