Gulshan Group to Build 57-Storey Taj Hotel and Serviced Apartments in Noida With ₹1,000 Crore Investment
Gulshan Group has partnered with Tata Group’s IHCL to develop Skyscape, a 57-storey mixed-use development in Noida’s Sector 129 comprising a 150-room Taj hotel and 74 Taj-branded serviced apartments. With an investment of ₹1,000 crore and an expected revenue of ₹2,000 crore, the project is set to become India’s tallest Taj Hotel and the first in Noida.
