Juhu Sheetal is a redevelopment project in JVPD Scheme in the plush Juhu area. The emphasis was to create a clean, modern building which would stand out in the neighbourhood. Given the tight plot, the parking system is designed to be completely mechanised. The terrace is designed as the recreation zone for the residents, with a gym, party area and children's play area. Connect Four has also branded this project and developed the logo and marketing material.
