The indicative Agreement Value excludes stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other applicable charges. The Allottee shall pay 9.9% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. Subsequently, the Allottee shall execute the Agreement for Sale with the Developer by paying applicable stamp duty and registration charges within 45 days of booking, following which an additional 10.1% of the Agreement Value shall be payable. Thereafter, 1% of the Agreement of Value per month is payable until the terrace slab is completed, capped at the maximum of 70% of the Agreement Value. Upon terrace slab completion, any remaining amount to reach 70% shall be payable. The balance 25% shall be due on OC application, and the final 5% shall be payable on possession.
