Kamla Nagar, situated in North Delhi, India. It derives its name from Kamala Nehru, a revered freedom fighter and the wife of Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first prime minister. The area gained prominence following the installation of the Ram Swarup Clock Tower along the Grand Trunk Road in 1941, alongside the establishment of Jaipuria and Birla textile mills. Additionally, it served as a pivotal stop on the former Delhi Tram Service.
