Ghodbunder Road road, efficiently connects the Eastern and Western Express Highway, thereby facilitating connectivity across the city. The proposed 32-km long metro line connecting Thane to Ghatkopar and Wadala is not very far from the project. Some eminent schools near the project location are Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, New Horizon School and CP Goenka School. However, there are not many colleges in the area. Ghodbunder Road is home to corporate hubs like Thaneone Corporate Business Park, and Amfotech IT park. Residents will also be able to enjoy easy access to commercial hubs on Pokhran Road and Waghbil.


Hospitals and Healthcare

In case of a medical emergency, residents of Ashar Sapphire will have some of the finest medical facilities to choose from. Jupiter Hospital, Titan Hospital and the Bethany Hospital are some of the most top-notch medical care facilities in the vicinity.


Recreational amenities:

There are many malls and shopping centres in the vicinity, like Korum mall, Viviana Mall, R Mall, and HyperCity. Other recreational hubs in and around the area include Suraj Water Park and Tikuji-ni-wadi and the jogger's park.
