Goregaon, emerging as one of the desirable residential localities in Mumbai, continues to attract both homebuyers and real estate developers because of its strong infrastructure and seamless connectivity.

• Furthermore, out of seven projects, three of them are land projects whereas the other four are redevelopment projects.
• The six ongoing projects have a potential value of Rs.2,000 crore, with an average of Rs.350 crore per project.

The launch of the Filmistan Studio Project is set for the next financial year around Q1FY26, but due to multiple factors, it can be pushed forward by the festive season of next year. The land spanning across 4 acres, the studios have been demolished and plans to launch this premium residential project which was announced by Arkade Developers in July 2025.

This luxury project consisting of two 50-storey towers has planned to feature larger and spacious apartment units ranging from 3BHK to 5BHK and exclusive penthouses.

Goregaon continues to be a thriving locality due to its strategic position, proximity to the Western Express Highway, exceptional metro and road connectivity, easy access to social and lifestyle amenities and green spaces such as Aarey Forest.

For the present, Arkade Developers aims to focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with an interest in suburban Mumbai regarding the redevelopment projects and moreover to expand their opportunities in Thane.

In August 2025, Arkade Developers had announced that it plans to launch a large-scale plot and villa project located in the Neral-Karjat region with price of the plots ranging around ₹50 lakh and 3BHK villas to be around ₹1 crore.
