Lodha Developers Limited has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) of ₹364 crore with Sahana Group of Companies for multiple land parcels. Under the Lodha brand name, the project will be developed across a total land area of 41,526 square metres.

Rustomjee Group announced on February 16 that the firm is chosen for the redevelopment project in Andheri, Mumbai. The project includes eight housing societies of Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited on the combined land which measures approximately 20,569 sqm.
