About the area

Kanakia Rainforest, a joint venture of Kanakia Spaces and Guru Prerna Corporation, is an upcoming project in Marol, Andheri. The area provides convenient connectivity as well as the comfort of all facilities, like those of hospitals, educational institutes, department stores, ATMs, parks etc. Metro connectivity in the area translates into a higher potential for all commercial and office hubs present nearby. A major benefit of the location is the metro connectivity it enjoys to Lokhandwala, Juhu and Versova.

About the project

Spread across 4.5 acres of land, Kanakia Rainforest is a theme project, based on the Amazon Rainforest. The project plans to have 10 towers of which four will be 16-storeyed while six will be 15-storeyed. This MahaRERA-registered project offers 2 and 3 BHK residences.

Kanakia Rainforest's amenities include a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, games zone, amphitheatre landscaped greens, children's play area, senior citizens' area, skating area, and a business centre. Residents will also be able to enjoy the privilege of machans on the terrace. There is also a telescope on the terrace of one of the towers.

The possession for these residences is scheduled for September 2020.

Transport and connectivity

The area enjoys excellent metro connectivity. Marol Naka metro station is 2.2 km from the project location. Airport Road metro station is at a distance of 3.1 km.

There are several stations of the Mumbai Railway Network in the vicinity. Andheri station is the nearest one.

Commuting by road is also feasible through the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), Western Express Highway and Eastern Express Highway.

Education and employment

Eminent schools in the vicinity are St John The Evangelist School, Canossa Convent, Bombay Scottish School and Nahar International School. Among colleges and universities, Pearl Academy is the nearest to the project.

There are also several commercial hubs and offices, like those of HCL, L&T, and Star TV, in the vicinity.

Hospitals and healthcare

Nearest hospitals are Seven Hills Hospital and Holy Spirit Hospital. There are also many clinics and pharmacies in and around the area.

Recreational amenities

Apart from the many cafes and restaurants spread in the area, Marol is also home to Big Cinemas and PVR Cinemax.The infamous Phoenix Market City is also not too far (5 km from the project location).
