Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (MREAT) was established by the Maharashtra government in 2018 to address complaints registered against developers and agents under the Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA).

The governor of Maharashtra has designated responsibility of the same to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal located in Mumbai.
