What you need- mason jar, twisted tissues, paint (optional), fevi-glue or tape, coloured sheet, scissor
Take a mason jar and paint it with acrylic paints. Alternatively, you can also cover it using a coloured sheet.
After your jar is dry and ready, push tissues in the jar. A pack of twisted tissues will work the best.
Now, take the lid of the jar. Remove the middle part of the lid so that only the rim is left. Cut out a circle matching the size of the lid from the coloured sheet. Cut out an "X" in the middle of the circle.
Feed a tissue through the X of the circular paper, and then attach it to the rim of the lid. Your mason jar tissue holder is ready!
