The Indian property market is showing promising returns and the booming economy is making the corporate entities firm-grounded on our soil. Because of which, more and more multi-national conglomerates are buying properties in India, instead of leasing which they preferred until a few years ago. Their stakes have risen from about 11% to close to 35% nationally, and an exponential investment is evident in the country's lushest commercial locations like the Bandra-Kurla Complex of Mumbai, the Connaught Place in Delhi, Whitefield of Bengaluru et al.
Buying an entire unit gives such companies an autonomy in maintaining the upkeeping of their business complex, whilst it comes as an asset rather than an elongated cost to the business.
