The proposed 32-km long metro line connecting Thane to Ghatkopar and Wadala is not very far from the project. The project is also in vicinity to the proposed monorail in the Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan corridor.

Some eminent schools near the project location are St. Xavier's School, New Horizon School and CP Goenka School. However, there are not many colleges in the area.

Ghodbunder Road is home to corporate hubs like MBC IT Park, Orion Business Park and G Corp Tech Park. Residents will also be able to enjoy easy access to commercial hubs in Pokhran and Waghbil.


Hospitals and Healthcare

Vedant Super Specialty Hospital, Titan Hospital and Jupiter Hospital are some of the nearest ones.


Recreational amenities:

There are many malls and shopping centres in the vicinity, like Korum mall, Viviana Mall, R Mall, Eternity Mall and HyperCity.

Other recreational hubs in and around the area include Suraj Water Park and Tikuji-ni-wadi.
