About the project

Raheja Universal's upcoming project, Imperia, offers 3, 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK residences. The project will have 60 floors, out of which 11 through 25 will be considered 'premium', 25 through 45 will be 'luxury' and levels 46 through 58 will be 'skyplexes'. While the 59th floor will be the service floor, the 60th floor will house Asia's highest residential infinity pool. The same floor will also have a sky lounge, sky deck and a sky media zone.

Imperia Club, the project's clubhouse, will have amenities like a mini theatre, squash court, games café, convenience store, gym, ballroom, health club, badminton court, rock climbing, life-size chess, and a wi-fi zone.

On the P-0 level, residents will be able to enjoy a cricket pitch, skating area, putting green, children's play area, jogging track, and a multipurpose sports court.

On the P-2 level, there will be a normal pool, kids' pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor gym, Zen garden, senior citizens' area, meditation zone, water wall, outdoor deck, amphitheatre, open-air sit-out, party lawn and a rainforest walkway.

The possession for this MahaRERA-registered project is due in December 2021.

Transport and Connectivity

Lower Parel is at a distance of 19 kilometres from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The stations nearest to the project location are Lower Parel and Prabhadevi on the Western line, and Parel on the central line.

Prominent industrial areas such as Worli, Parel, Pedder Road, and Dadar are in close vicinity.

There are also public transport options, like buses and taxis, available in the area.

Education and Employment

NM Joshi School, PS Maharashtra High School, and Holy Cross High School are some eminent schools in the area. SP Jain School of Global Management is among the institutes of higher education.

Apart from sharing proximity with hubs like Kamala Mills and Todi Mills, the area also shares proximity with IT parks like Peninsula Business Park, Kewal Industrial Estate, and Urmi Estate.
