About the area

Malad is a suburb in the north of Mumbai and is known for its commercial developments as well as peaceful surroundings. Quality buildings and good infrastructure have attracted an upper-middle-class gentry to the area. It is gradually becoming popular among future buyers because of easy accessibility to the temples, churches, gardens and playgrounds in and around. With the presence of several schools, colleges, malls, shopping hubs, restaurants, office spaces and banks, Malad has become a suitable location for all age groups.

About the project

Resortment Living, by Gurukrupa Group, offers 2 and 3BHK residences. Nine towers of the project received their OC in 2016, and the project currently houses more than 500 families.

There are eight unique lifestyle zones within the project – nature zone, wellness zone, children's zone, fitness zone, play zone, spiritual zone, social zone, and an entertainment zone. Resortment Living's clubhouse also offers several amenities.

All common areas are monitored through CCTV cameras.

The possessionof the remaining towers of this MahaRERA-registered project is due in December 2020.

Transport and connectivity

Malad station is a major station on the Western Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway System. The area also enjoys connectivity through Linking Road, Swami Vivekanand (SV) Road and the Western Expressway.

The area is also currently undergoing metro construction work, connecting both the east and west of Malad with the rest of the city.

The proposed road connecting Marve area of Malad with Charkop will be in close vicinity to the project. The entry point of the proposed coastal road from Malad West to Bandra-Worli Sea Link will also be nearby.

Education and Employment

St. Anthony High School, St. Anne's High School, Ryan International School, Billabong International School, KES Shroff College, and Atharva College of Engineering.

The famous commercial hub Mindspace Complex is also near the project location.

Hospitals and Healthcare

Oscar Hospital and Zenith Hospital are nearby hospitals offering multispecialty treatment.

Recreational Amenities

Apart from the restaurants and cafes in the area, Infiniti Mall is a famous shopping hub. Malad West also enjoys proximity to Aksa Beach. D Mart is one of the convenience stores in the area.
