Jogeshwari East has evolved as a much-preferred residential area in Mumbai. Its selling point lies in its strategic location; its proximity to Western Highway ensures connectivity to Dahisar in the north, and Bandra to the south. About the project

Located in the Shankarwadi area of Jogeshwari, Omkar Realty's Sereno offers 1 and 2BHK residences. UK-based architecture firm Foster+Partners was chief in making the project's master plan. While each tower consists of 19 habitable floors, Sereno will offer amenities like a temple, branded creche, basketball court, sand volleyball arena, tennis court, swimming pool, turf football, yoga deck, jogging track, gym, Zumba room, kids' play area, banquet hall, retail boulevard, convenience store and a café lounge. The possession of this MahaRERA-registered project is due in March 2022.

The project location is at a distance of 4.7km from the Domestic Airport, and 6km from the International Airport.

Some schools in the vicinity are St. Mary's High School, Swami Vivekanand School, and St Xavier's High School.Bhavan's College and Sardar Patel College of Engineering are close to the project location.

There are several commercial giants like Tata Consultancy Services, P&G, HUL, Natraj, Madison World, and Landmark present in commercial hubs like The Summit Business Bay, Hubtown VIVA, and Apollo Industrial Estate in and around Jogeshwari East.
