The building is an environmentally conscious building and built on 20 acres of verdant green land with a built-up area of 2 million square feet, making Ecospace one of the most significant green office buildings at Rajarhat in Kolkata.

Its environmental features include reducing impervious areas to prevent stormwater runoff, harvesting site energy, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems that use CFC-free equipment, the use of low VOC paints, sealants and adhesives, lush landscaping, ample daylight and views for occupied areas, and high-efficiency irrigation systems.

Hotel Leela Palace, Delhi

We have all heard of The Leela Palace. But what is interesting about the hotel is that it is one of the very few hotels in India to have received the highest level of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED certification, LEED Platinum. The hotel was awarded the prestigious certificate for excellence in sustainable design and integrating world-class green best practices by The Indian Green Building Council IGBC.

Some of the ways the hotel ensures carbon reduction are by furnishing each room with ozone-friendly, CFC- free refrigerators and air conditioners to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. CRISIL House, Mumbai

CRISIL House is a modern commercial building designed by architect Hafeez Contractor and constructed by Hiranandani Constructions. It is recognized as a top-rated environmentally friendly building, covering an area of 211,610 square feet. The building has achieved Platinum-level LEED certification, which means it meets high sustainability standards. It is equipped with advanced features that help save water and energy. In fact, it uses 40% less energy and 30% less water compared to traditional buildings.

CISCO Building, Bangalore

CISCO Bangalore has earned the prestigious LEED Platinum ID + C certification from the USGBC. With an impressive score of 96 out of 110 points, this recognition highlights the office's outstanding interior design and construction.

CISCO office in Bangalore has recently introduced several green initiatives. They have achieved an impressive 95% waste recycling rate through comprehensive waste management programs. The office uses energy-efficient LED lighting with intelligent controls and incorporates biophilic design principles to enhance employee well-being.
