About the area

Vasant Oasis, a project by Sheth Creators, is located in Marol, Andheri. The area provides convenient connectivity as well as the comfort of all facilities, like those of hospitals, educational institutes, department stores, ATMs, parks etc. Metro connectivity in the area translates into a higher potential for all commercial and office hubs present in the area. A major benefit of the location is the metro connectivity it enjoys to Lokhandwala, Juhu and Versova.

About the project

Sheth Creator's upcoming MahaRERA registered Vasant Oasis is being built in 18 acres. Out of the 19 towers (of 22 storeys each), three are ready to move in and have received the OCs, while three others are awaiting their OCs. The possession of the remaining towers is scheduled for 2021.

Vasant Oasis offers 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK residences. Home-buyers will be able to choose from two configurations under the 2-BHK section.

The project is being built with the following amenities- yoga hall, multi-utility room, badminton and squash courts, children's play area, swimming pool, kids' pool, Jacuzzi, mini theatre, multipurpose hall, barbeque space and a games room.

Transport and connectivity

Marol is connected to nearby areas through the well-organised Mumbai Metro network (Mumbai Metro Line 1) that connects Marol Naka and Airport Road stations to Ghatkopar in the east and Andheri to Versova in the west.

By virtue of being located off the Andheri-Kurla and Andheri-Ghatkopar link roads, the area enjoys good east-west connectivity.

Residents will also be able to commute through the Mumbai railway system. Andheri Station (western line), Ghatkopar Station (central line) and Kurla (central/harbour line) are the nearby stations.

Education and Employment

Some schools in and around the area are St. John The Evangelist High School, Canossa High School and St. Lawrence High School. Pearl Academy is also very close to the project location.

There are also several commercial hubs and offices, like those of HCL, L&T, Star TV in the vicinity. Mittal Industrial Estate is also in close proximity.

Hospitals and Healthcare

Sevenhills Hospital, Sushrut Hospital, Nakshatra Hospital, Chetan Hospital and Chiranjeevi Hospital are some eminent hospitals in the area. There are also many clinics and pharmacies present in the area.

Recreational amenities

Marol and the surrounding areas offer an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes. Phoenix Market City in Kurla is also at a distance of just 5km from the project location.
