About the location

Wadhwa Wise City is an upcoming integrated township in Bhingarwadi, Panvel. This is strategically located on Old Mumbai - Pune Highway under the Navi Mumbai Airport Influenced Notified Area (NAINA) and is near the upcoming Multi-Modal Corridor and New Airport Zone. Panvel's air quality is better by considerable standards. According to statistics recognised by the Ministry of Environment, carbon monoxide in the area is below detectable limits; sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are also well below the danger level.

About the project

The Wadhwa Group's mega township project, Wise City, is the first to get registered under the Integrated Township Project and is spread over 138 acres. Home buyers will be able to choose between studio, 1 and 2 BHK homes. The chief design architect of this project is Hafeez Contractor, while its construction partner is Capacite.

All housing units are smartly designed: the planned structure is such that it maximises air and light in each room. The common spaces are designed keeping in mind the sun's path and the wind's direction.

Apart from the usual amenities- jogging track, gym, swimming pool, yoga lawn, Wadhwa Wise City also includes in its plans a cafe, an amphitheatre, an open gym, a reflexology pool, a senior citizens area and an e-library among others.

The possession of this MahaRERA registered project is proposed for December 2025.

Transport and connectivity

Residents would be able to commute easily through New Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Panvel Railway Station, Somethane Railway Station, Panvel Bus Terminal, and Thombrewadi Bus Stop are some other transport nodes in the area. The project also shares close proximity with the upcoming Mohape Railway Station and the Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Employment

Panvel has been a hub of infrastructure and development for a while and has been on the receiving end of tremendous government impetus, initiatives and investment. The area is also home to offices of some major Indian industries like Larsen & Toubro Limited, Reliance, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd., ONGC and IPCL.

Education

St. Wilfred School and DPS Panvel are two eminent schools in proximity. Panvel has also several colleges. Wilfred College of Arts and Commerce, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Institute of Technology and Amity University are some of them.

Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Lifeline Hospital are two prominent hospitals in the area. There are also several small clinics and health centres in the area.

Lifestyle

Residents would be able to enjoy the benefit of several markets and malls in the vicinity. Orion Mall and K Mall are the closest ones. Other recreational hubs, like a golf course, and Della Adventures is also not too far. Adlabs Imagica is also at a distance of half an hour (35 km) from the project.
