Lodha Group's World One, designed by Giorgio Armani, will be the tallest residential tower in the world at 117 storeys. The building, currently under construction in Lower Parel, south Mumbai, will be built at an approximate cost of USD 321 million. Cricket pitch, art galleries and cafes are among the amenities.

The completion of this project is estimated in late 2018, and the cheapest property here, a 3BHK, will cost around ₹15 crores.
