About the area

Malad is a suburb in the north of Mumbai and is known for its commercial developments as well as peaceful surroundings. Auris Serenity, by Sheth Creators and Transcon Developers, offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. There will be four towers of 58 storeys each. These towers will have a 4-level elevation on a podium. As a result, even residents of the ground floor will be able to enjoy pleasing views of the Link Road.

Malad station is a major station on the Western Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway System. The area also enjoys connectivity through Linking Road, Swami Vivekanand (SV) Road and the Western Expressway.

The area is also currently undergoing metro construction work.
