Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, said the launch reflects the company's intent to expand across multiple real estate segments. Mysore said the company plans to build high-spec, future-ready infrastructure tailored to the needs of sectors such as aerospace, defence, IT/ITES and data centres, drawing on its four decades of real estate experience. He added that Brigade Industrial Park is expected to drive innovation and sustainable growth, while reinforcing Bengaluru's standing as a global centre of excellence.

Sustainability at the Core

Beyond scale and sectoral focus, Brigade Industrial Park will incorporate sustainability-focused design aimed at improving operational efficiency. The project will feature energy-efficient buildings, reflecting the growing emphasis among industrial occupiers on green and responsible infrastructure.

Brigade's Broader Diversification Play

  • Brigade Group's diversification push extends beyond industrial real estate. The company has also partnered with Primus Senior Living to develop three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other South Indian markets, with a combined gross development value of approximately ₹750 crore. Two of these three communities will be integrated within larger township developments.
  • The senior living portfolio is expected to comprise over 600 units in total. Ticket sizes for the projects will range between ₹60 lakh and ₹3 crore, with Mumbai homes priced between ₹1.5 crore and ₹3 crore, and southern city homes between ₹70 lakh and ₹1.5 crore.
  • Taken together, these moves point to a company that is actively reorienting itself, using its decades of experience and brand equity to enter segments where demand is growing but quality supply remains limited.
