


Brigade Group, a real estate developer from Bengaluru, has leased a commercial space at Brigade Twin Towers of approximately 1.56 lakh sq ft to two multinational companies. The company announced on March 3 that, located in Yeswanthpur, the space is leased to the Indian arm of Germany-based filtration technology major MANN+HUMMEL, MANN+HUMMEL Filter Private Ltd, and Labcorp, a global provider of laboratory services.
Nandakumar OP, Chief Operating Officer-Office Spaces of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said that with steady demand and growing occupancy rates, the demand for premium and well-planned office spaces has also increased in the region.
Keeping in mind the factors including connectivity, well thought-out designs and supporting business infrastructure, Brigade aims to create workspaces that help the businesses grow and work efficiently. The company's goal is to build quality infrastructure which aligns with the evolving needs of the commercial industry.
According to Sudeesh Karimbingal, MD India & VP-OE RoA of MANN+HUMMEL Filter, its new office space in Brigade Twin Towers is specifically designed to facilitate cross-functional collaboration that fosters sustainability and innovation. This premium workspace enhances their legacy of 85 years.
Furthermore, Imran Ali, Senior VP, Global Head Early Development Research Operations and Country Head, India of Labcorp, said that with the help of urban infrastructure, they can broaden their research operations within India as well as elevate the experience for the employees. With this new workspace, they aim to grow with the help of world-class facilities and enhance the health and lives in a holistic campus environment.
1. In June 2025, Brigade had announced the launch of its residential project with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,100 crore. Located in South Chennai's Sholinganallur-Medavakkam corridor, it spans 14.7 acres with a potential for 2.2 million sq ft of premium apartments. The company said that it will develop 1,250 units with apartment configurations ranging from 2BHK to 4BHK units.
2. In August 2025, Brigade Group had signed a lease agreement to build a mix-development project on a 7-acre prime site in Chennai. Located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in Chennai, it is considered to be one of the most significant commercial corridors of the city. The company plans to transform the site into a mixed-use hub, comprising a 225-room 5-star luxury hotel alongside more than 1 million sq ft of premium Grade A office space.
Brigade Group is solidifying its position in India's commercial real estate sector through strategic leasing at the Twin Towers and expansion into cities like Chennai and Hyderabad.
