What you need- plastic bottle, two wooden spoons, marker, knife/paper-cutter, scissors, floral wire
Take an empty bottle and remove its labels (if any). Use the marker to draw a small circle (it should fit the end of the spoon) on any one side of the bottle. The circle should be about four inches from the base. Cut out the circle.
Now, cut out a larger circle opposite to the smaller one. This circle should be big enough to fit the wider end of the spoon.
Repeat this process. This time the circles should be cut approximately two inches from the base. The second spoon should be placed perpendicularly to the first one, i.e. the circles of the second spoon must be opposite to those of the first spoon.
Alternatively, you can also fix plastic funnels into the holes instead of spoons.
Make a loop hanger from the floral or metal wire and secure it to the neck of the bottle.
Fill the bottle with bird seeds. The DIY bird feeder is now ready!
