BKC is 50 minutes away from the project location, Borivali is 20 minutes away, and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 45 minutes away.

Tattvagyan Vidyapeeth, Holy Trinity English School, St Xavier's School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Universal High School are some schools in and around the area. University of Mumbai (Thane campus) is also close to the project location.

Not many offices are located near, but economic analysts suggest an estimated 40% increase of employment opportunities in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including Thane.

Hiranandani Hospital and Jupiter Hospital are closest to the project location. There are several clinics and pharmacies in the vicinity.

The area is home to several recreational hubs like multiplexes, cafes, and restaurants. R Mall and Wonder Mall are two eminent malls in the vicinity. Among the superstores is D Mart.
