Finding the right home can be an unnerving task, especially when you have to choose the best among the many options that suit your every need. Homebuyers often get confused while selecting the right property for themselves when they have a different mix of reasons to select either of their options. The focus then shifts to which of those reasons are good enough to consider and which of them can be forgone.
Here are a few factors that we think should determine your home selection.
Pricing, location and annual costs can be considered as the most essential factors when deciding which house to buy. While pricing initiates a customer's interest in the project as one will only look at properties that fit in their budget, location plays a crucial role in determining the connectivity and ease of living in that area. Annual costs would include the maintenance charges, club charges, parking charges, property tax etc.
Prices for homes in the city center will always be higher than the ones in the suburbs. It also depends on a host of other factors like the classic demand-supply economics, brand of the developer, infrastructure presence in the area, and cost of raw materials among others.
The division of space between different rooms in the house is different in every project, varying the layouts. Some may have a larger living room with small bedrooms or vice versa, while some have the bathroom and washroom separate. Select the one that suits your needs the best. Other important factors would include the consistent availability of electricity, gas and water along with proximity to offices, educational institutions, shopping, entertainment, healthcare facilities and availability of public transportation. The developer's brand image determines the quality of construction and the timeline in which possession will be received.
With the increasing trend of providing different amenities to customers, developers are in a rat race to offer as many amenities as one can think of. Some of them are not essential. It will be in the customers' prudence to decide the amenities that are necessary for them.
