HUDA Plot Scheme 2025

The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), formerly known as HUDA, has introduced key changes in plot allocation and urban development policies in 2025. A major update is the Final Oustees Quota Scheme, launched in January 2025, which provides compensation to landowners whose land was acquired for government infrastructure projects. Under this scheme, landowners whose land acquisitions exceed 75% can apply for plots at collector rates set by the government. The application period runs from January 1 to March 1, 2025, and submissions must be completed online with a ₹50,000 application fee. This initiative ensures fair compensation and allows landowners to invest in residential or commercial plots as part of Haryana's ongoing urban expansion.

Additionally, on January 31, 2025, the Town and Country Planning Department of Haryana approved revised sectoral plans for Sectors 26, 27, and 29 in the Yamuna Nagar-Jagadhri area. These revisions align with the Final Development Plan for 2041 AD, ensuring structured land use planning, infrastructure expansion, and real estate growth in these areas. The updates cater to rising demand for residential and commercial plots, improve urban connectivity, and encourage real estate investments. These changes aim to enhance Haryana's urban development by providing well-planned housing, commercial spaces, and public infrastructure to meet growing population and economic needs.

Another major change is HSVP's increased focus on digital applications and payments. Now, all plot allotment applications must be submitted online, reducing paperwork and increasing transparency in the process. The upgraded plot status inquiry system on the official HSVP portal (https://hsvphry.org.in/) allows applicants to track their applications, allotments, and payments in real time. This move simplifies property transactions, making the process more accessible and efficient for buyers. With these updates, HSVP aims to make plot allocation smoother, fairer, and more transparent, ensuring better urban planning and governance in Haryana's real estate sector in 2025.
