If you are looking to transfer a residential or commercial plot allotted by HSVP, here are the guidelines effective from March 7, 2000:
Execution of Conveyance Deed: For plots where full payment has been made or the scheduled payment of installments is complete, the transfer can only occur through the execution of a conveyance deed or sale deed.
Maximum Number of Transfers: In cases where full payment hasn't been made or the installment schedule isn't complete, a maximum of four transfers are allowed before the final payment.

To initiate the plot transfer process, the seller needs to submit an application on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 3/-, duly attested by a 1st class Magistrate, accompanied by two witnesses with their complete addresses, along with photocopies of the following documents:
