To make a stationary holder out of ice cream sticks (or Popsicle sticks) you need an ice cream cup, good-quality ice-cream sticks, acrylic colours, paint brush and fevi-glue.

Paint the ice cream sticks with the acrylic colour of your choice and let them dry. In the meanwhile, trim the rim of the ice-cream cup and paint its insides. Once the paint is dry, place one stick beside another on the cup and paste their edges together with the glue. Paste all sticks around the cup (around the perimeter of the cup) sot the sticks form a circle outside the cup.

You can also stick paper flowers or other embellishes to decorate your stand.
