About the area

According to a report by Knight Frank India Limited, Thane is one of the 20 cities across the world where people are looking forward to investing their wealth. It has become a popular destination for investors as it offers good returns.

One primary reason for this is the price factor- people can get bigger houses with all amenities for a lesser cost in Thane (as compared to Mumbai). Superior infrastructure and overall connectivity are other benefits.

The proposed Metro to Thane has also provided a boost to property demands in the area.

Transport and connectivity

Kolshet road seems to be an ideal location because of the close proximity it shares with Thane railway station and Ghorbunder Road and because of its easy connectivity to Easter Express Highway and Western Express Highway. The area offers transport facilities, such as bus stations and railway stations, to commute to hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Powai and Lower Parel.


Other facilities

Among the high schools in the area are CBSE-Board Kendriya Vidayala and ICSE-Board Universal High School. University of Mumbai (Thane branch) is also not very far from the project.

In the vicinity, there are some healthcare facilities and hospitals like Hiranandani Hospital and Jupiter Hospital.

Residents would also have access to other entertainment facilities including R Mall, Wonder Mall and Big Bazaar, which are in close proximity. The area also has easy access to multiplexes, cafes, restaurants and sports grounds.
