County Group announced the launch of its ultra-luxury housing project titled ‘Clove County’, which will feature 226 apartments. Located in Noida’s Sector 151 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, it will comprise three towers spread across a land parcel of 5 acres.

Lodha Developers, in collaboration with MRG Group, plan to develop two projects in prime locations of Gurugram, with a combined revenue potential exceeding ₹3,600 crore. The developments aim to set a new benchmark for premium commercial and residential spaces.

YEIDA is set to launch a scheme of 973 residential plots across sectors such as 15C, 18 and 24A in January 2026. With major infrastructure projects like the upcoming Noida International Airport and the planned metro expansion, the scheme aims to cater to rising buyer demand by offering plots in close proximity to the airport.

Smartworld Developers has taken a significant step into Noida’s real estate market by acquiring a land parcel of approximately 6 acres in Sector 98. The mixed-use development is expected to entail a total development cost of around Rs 2,000 crore, with estimated revenues exceeding Rs 3,000 crore, marking a strategic expansion into a key micro-market in the Delhi-NCR region.
