


County Group, a Delhi-NCR based real estate developer, announced on March 9 the launch of its ultra-luxury housing project titled 'Clove County', which will feature 226 apartments. The company will invest approximately ₹1,200 crore for this project, offering several amenities with 60% open space to exude a peaceful environment for the residents.
Amit Modi, the Director of County Group, said that the aim of this project is to offer a peaceful environment with 60% of open space and expansive apartment units to provide a sense of security and privacy. The residents will have access to multiple amenities such as:
1. Ivory County
In 2024, County Group had launched an ultra-luxury residential project titled 'Ivory County' in Sector 115, Noida. This 28-acre project will feature 2,372 apartment units with its development to take place in three phases.
This 63 lakh sq ft project is divided into luxury called 'Ivory County' and ultra-luxury 'Ivory County Gold', both located within the project complex. In the first phase, the company will offer 1,500 apartment units with their prices starting from ₹14,000 per sq ft for Ivory County, whereas it will be ₹16,000 per sq ft for Ivory County Gold.
2. Jade County
In June 2025, the company launched a 30 lakh sq ft residential project in Ghaziabad, located in Wave City along NH24. The project spans across 13 acres, featuring around 1,000 apartment units. The investment for the project will be ₹1,800 crore with its delivery starting from 2030 into phases.
The apartments will be spread across nine high-rise towers of around 27-31 storeys each. This ultra-luxury project will also feature premium amenities including a 55,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 7,000 sq ft commercial complex to provide a lifestyle filled with comfort and convenience.
County Group's Clove County project in Noida signifies a shift toward exclusive, low-density, high-end real estate with a ₹1,200 crore investment for 226 units. Positioned along the Noida Expressway near upcoming infrastructure, this project combines massive 4,077 sq ft units with 60% open green space, targeting luxury buyers.
