YEIDA Group Housing Plot Scheme Application Process

Interested individuals can visit the official YEIDA website to access the scheme brochure upon payment of the relevant fees. Upon acquiring the brochure, they can complete the form and submit it on the portal along with the payment challan for registration fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and any other relevant charges specified in the brochure.

Process for YEIDA Plot Scheme

Step 1: Registration needs to be done by visiting the official website, once done users need to pay the application fee of Rs 500 and download the application form. The link to the form is available on the right-hand side once you have logged in.

One can also get the application form from ICIC Bank by paying the application fee in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Step 2: You will need to submit the required documents along with a passport-size photograph and your signatures

Step 3: The completed application form along with the requested documents need to be submitted at one of the ICICI Bank Branches in New Delhi or Noida or Greater Noida along with 10 % of the registration amount before the last day of registration i.e 20th May 2024.
