• The RERA carpet area of the luxury duplex apartment is 9,308 sq ft (864.85 sq m) along with an additional space of 328 sq ft, making the total area of 988.13 sq m.
• As per the documents, the transaction was registered on March 24, 2026.
• The project offers apartment configurations of 4BHK and 5BHK units, duplexes and penthouses.
• The project received its OC (Occupation Certificate) in 2022.
• This luxury development features high-end design, premium amenities and sea-facing units.

Earlier this week, Bollywood playback singer, Shreya Goshal, along with her parents purchased a ₹30 crore luxury apartment in Worli, Mumbai. Situated in Godrej Trilogy, the apartment's area is 2,777.84 sq ft. The singer paid stamp duty of ₹1.8 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
