Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has sold a residential apartment in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood in Bandra for ₹18.5 crore, according to property registration documents. The apartment was allotted to the actor in April 2025 following the redevelopment of her earlier residential building.
The transaction highlights continued activity in Mumbai's premium residential market, particularly in Bandra, which remains one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods for luxury homes and celebrity residences.
The sale was officially registered on March 2, 2026. The apartment measures approximately 1,770 sq ft and is located on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building in Pali Hill.
The buyers of the property are Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin, according to property registration documents.
The deal involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The apartment sold by Zinta was received as Permanent Alternate Accommodation (PAA) after the redevelopment of her earlier residential building.
The redevelopment agreement between the housing society and developer Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee) was executed on October 23, 2023. Following the redevelopment process, Zinta was allotted the new apartment in April 2025.
Redevelopment projects are common across Mumbai, where older residential buildings are replaced with modern high-rise developments while existing residents receive newly constructed apartments in the redeveloped project.
This marks Zinta's second property sale within four months.
In November 2025, she sold another apartment measuring around 1,474 sq ft on the 11th floor of the same building for over ₹14 crore, according to property registration documents.
Sources earlier indicated that the actor may reinvest the proceeds from the earlier transaction into a new residential purchase in Mumbai's Bandra area, potentially valued at around ₹100 crore.
High-value real estate transactions involving Bollywood personalities frequently draw attention in Mumbai's property market.
Several actors have been associated with major property deals in recent years. In 2025, actor Akshay Kumar reportedly sold multiple residential units collectively worth over ₹100 crore. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has also been linked with notable property transactions in the city.
Such deals highlight the sustained demand for premium homes in established neighbourhoods across Mumbai.
Pali Hill, located in Bandra, is one of Mumbai's most prestigious residential addresses. The locality is known for its boutique residential buildings, luxury apartments and strong celebrity presence.
The neighbourhood enjoys excellent connectivity to key business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Santacruz and Andheri, making it a preferred residential destination for high-net-worth individuals.
Redevelopment activity has also transformed many older housing societies in Bandra, bringing new luxury residential developments to the market while maintaining the exclusivity of the area.
Preity Zinta's ₹18.5 crore apartment sale reflects the continued strength of Mumbai's luxury housing market. Prime neighbourhoods such as Bandra continue to attract strong buyer interest due to their connectivity, lifestyle appeal and limited supply of premium homes. With redevelopment projects reshaping several established localities, high-value property transactions are likely to remain a key feature of Mumbai's real estate market.
