Located on the 14th floor in Bay Heights, an under-construction project developed by Hiranandani Developers. The apartment features a carpet area of more than 1,303 sq ft.
The transaction, which includes two parking spaces, was registered on February 16, 2026, and the actor paid ₹38 lakh for stamp duty and ₹30,000 for registration fee, as per the documents. Being an under-construction project, the delivery of the apartment is scheduled for November 2030.
