The purpose of site visits is not just to assess the atmosphere (or vibes) of the area but to also verify several details. Home-buyers often hesitate in asking questions in detail.
But, one must remember that a new house is a major long-term investment. He must make a site visit checklist, take notes, make keen observations and voice all his doubts before buying a flat.
