Bollywood actor, Ishaan Khattar, the son of actors Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azeem, made a purchase of a luxury apartment for ₹29.37 crore in Bandra's Pali Hill, Mumbai, as per the property registration documents.

• The luxury apartment, along with four parking spaces, purchased by Ishaan Khattar is located in the Navroz Apartments within the Navroze Premises Co-operative Society in Pali Hill, Bandra.
• The carpet area of the apartment is 2,989.05 sq ft.
• According to the document, the transaction was registered on February 5, 2026, with the property sold by Kapil M Mahtani.
• A stamp duty of ₹1.76 crore was paid by Ishaan Khattar for the transaction.

1. Shah Rukh Khan

In 2025, Shah Rukh Khan had leased two luxury duplex apartments with a rent of ₹8.67 crore in Pali Hill for three years. According to the property registration documents, the apartments were leased from the Bhagnani family. The rent per-month of the first duplex is ₹11.54 lakh and ₹12.61 for the second duplex, whereas the security deposit of the first duplex is ₹32.97 lakh and ₹36 lakh for the second one.

Aamir Khan had rented four apartments, situated on Nargis Dutt Road, at a monthly rent of ₹24.5 lakh in 2025. The apartments in the society named 'Wilnomona Apartment' have been taken on lease by the actor for a period of five years from May 2025 to May 2030.
