Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) is home to some of the biggest corporates and financial institutions. It is inspired by the concept of Corporate Business Development (CBD) areas, like those of Manhattan, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. BKC is also home to many well-known educational institutions, hotels and restaurants.

About the project

Kanakia Paris by Kanakia Group is an upcoming project offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Home-buyers will be able to choose from two categories - compact or large - within the 3-BHK bracket. Transport and connectivity

BKC lies between Bandra and Kurla, both of which are major stations in the city's railway network. While Bandra Terminus lies on the Western line, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Kurla station) lies on the Central line, facilitating connectivity between both these areas.

BKC can also be easily accessed through the Western Express Highway or via the link road connecting the Eastern Expressway.

Local transport options, like auto rickshaws and taxis, are also easily available in the area.

The upcoming line II of the first phase of the Mumbai Metro project proposes four stations near and within BKC.

Education and Employment

Some eminent schools in the vicinity are Mount Litera School, American School of Bombay, Ascend International School and Dhirubhai Ambani International School. There are also some junior colleges in the area.

BKC is famous as a commercial hub. Many offices, including those of ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, RBI, CITI Bank and SBI are in the area. The US Consulate of Mumbai, NABARD and Bharat Diamond House are also in the area.

Hospitals and Healthcare

Asian Heart Institute and Alphine Life Solutions are two well-known hospitals nearby. There are also several pharmacies and clinics in the area.

Recreational amenities

There are many restaurants and cafes present in the area. Phoenix Market City is also an important commercial and shopping hub. Jio Gardens, where a variety of events are organised throughout the year, is also in the vicinity.

Bandra's famous Linking Road, Pali Hill and Hill road are also not very far.
