About the area

About the project

Kanakia Group's upcoming project, Kanakia Zenworld, will offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK residences in Indira Nagar, Kanjurmarg. Home-buyers will be able to choose from three size specifications within the 2-BHK bracket and two size specifications within the 3-BHK bracket.

The project is being designed in collaboration with the Japanese architect Masafumi Sanada and will have amenities like a landscaped zen-themed garden, swimming pool, meditation space, kids' play area, onsen spa, jogging area, indoor games room, rock climbing wall, gym, concierge and a clubhouse.

The possession of this MahaRERA-registered project is scheduled for March 2022.


Transport and Connectivity

Kanjurmarg is connected to South Mumbai via the Eastern Expressway. The Western Suburbs are at a distance of 20 minutes via the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR). The Central Suburbs can be reached within ten minutes via the Eastern Express Highway. Airoli Bridge, which connects Kanjurmarg to Navi Mumbai, is also in close vicinity.

Kanjurmarg Railway Station is at a distance of 0.3km from the project location; Bhandup Railway Station is at a distance of 0.8km.

Once the construction of the proposed metro line is complete, Kanjurmarg will enjoy excellent connectivity to SEEPZ, BKC and other parts of Mumbai. The proposed metro station is at a distance of 1 km from the project site.


Education and Employment

Podar International School, St. Xavier's High School and College, and Bombay Scottish School are some eminent schools in the area. Colleges in the area include IIT Mumbai, NITIE and IBS.

There are also many office hubs in the area. Godrej IT Park, Supreme Business Park and Rajeha Plaza are located within a radius of 5 km. Samruddhi Venture Park and Nilkanth Tech Park are two other office hubs located within 10 km.


Hospitals and Healthcare

Hiranandani Hospital and Fortis Hospital are in close proximity (15 minutes from the project site). There are also several clinics and pharmacies in and around the area.


Recreational amenities

Apart from restaurants and cafes, there are several malls around, like R City Mall, Neptune Magnet Mall and Galleria Powai. The area is also home to famous cinema chains like Big Cinemas and Cinepolis.

Superstores in the area include Home Town and D Mart.
