• Such authorities are also competent to issue any such directions from time to time to the promoters, allottees or the real estate agent for the purpose of discharging its functions under the act.
• These authorities possess the power to act upon a complaint by an order in writing with listed reasons to call upon any promoter, allottee, or the agent to supply any information or clarification in writing.
