Raymond Realty, which is the real estate arm of the Raymond Group, on December 1 announced the launch of a new redevelopment project in Bandra East in Mumbai spread across a two-acre land. This residential project has six towers with apartment configurations of 3BHK and 4BHK ultra-luxury units.
Named Invictus by GS, BKC, it has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore. Due to this project's strategic position and excellent connectivity, Raymond Realty aims to further set its benchmark in the ultra-luxury segment.
Through Joint Development Agreement (JDA), Raymond Realty is expanding its development projects in key areas such as Bandra, Sion, Mahim and Wadala. Invictus by GS, BKC, is also one of the six JDA projects and this expansion represents a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 14,000 crores.
Due to the JDA expansion, the company aims to build their presence further in the Mumbai market, outside Thane. In the next two to three years, the goal of the company is to increase its annual pre-sales from 22 percent to 50 percent through the JDA contribution.
