Pusarla Venkata Sindhu, more popularly known as PV Sindhu, is considered as one of the most phenomenal badminton players. She follows an intensive and rigorous training for about 7 to 8 hours specifically designed for badminton, which includes cardio exercises to improve her stamina, strength training for an improved metabolism like squats and workouts to build muscles, agility exercises, meditation and a balanced diet which includes two to three eggs for breakfast, rice, leafy vegetables and rice for lunch and dinner is almost similar to lunch.
