Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,800 per sq. ft., which is 0.77% higher than the previous week. There have been two new entrants this week - Exquisite and Yashodhan, pushing out Vasant Oasis and Runwal Elegante. There have also been some positional changes as well. Sarova has risen notably while Lodha Fiorenza has fallen down the ranks. Apart from this, Kalpataru Radiance too has gone up. Kanakia Paris and Sky City have retained their positions, while the upper order has been shuffled slightly.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. This week, there have been two new entrants, pushing off Runwal Greens and Runwal Bliss out, making way for Jaswanti Woods and Runwal Forest. There have been some of the usual shufflings of positions, but most of them have been contained to one or two positions. Allure, however, continues to slip and is now at the bottom-most rank.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been some notable shifts in the list this week, with 4 new entrants pushing off Sai Mannat, Waterfront, Arihant Anshula and Green Woods. The new entrants are Fortune City, Wise City, Amarante and Tricity Luxury. Apart from these changes, there have been some hierarchal shifts as well, with Indiabulls Park losing momentum.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,100 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. This week, there have been two new entrants on the list right on top, as both Island City centre and Piramal Mahalaxmi are no longer a part of this list. The new entrants are Planet Godrej and Beaumonte. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being the most popular.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There have been three new entrants on the list. Codename Rare Gem, Dosti West County and Runwal Eirene feature on this list, pushing out TenX habitat, Immensa and Sunrise Glory. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for Rustomjee Azziano that has risen to the fifth position, while One Hiranandani Park has slipped further, Godrej Emerald has performed poorly and ranked at the tenth position.
