Mahindra Vicino has retained its position as the most popular project this week. Apart from this, projects like Sarova Sienna and Lodha Fiorenza have slipped down.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. which is the same as the previous week. This week, there has been one new entrant. Poddar Spraha Diamond features on the list, pushing out Allure. Godrej Prime has risen from its previous position to the first rank this week. Projects like Runwal Bliss and Sheth Montana too have performed well this week.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹21,000 per sq. ft. which is 0.47% lower than the previous week. There have been little shifts this week, with one new entrant. Arihant Anshula has replaced Indiabulls Park this week. Projects like Sai World City and Sai World Empire have continued to slip down the list.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹67,200 per sq. ft. which is the same as the previous week. This week, there have been two new entrants on to the list. Minerva and Avana feature on the list, pushing out Siddha Sky and Lodha Venezia out. There have been very little hierarchal shifts this week.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is 0.48% higher than the last week. There have been three new entrants on the list. Solitaire, Piramal Vaikunth and Courtyard all feature on this list pushing out Kalpataru Camellia, Sheth Zuri, and Dosti West County. Meanwhile, there have been several notable changed in the rankings as well. Solitaire is placed third on the list, shuffling the higher-order a little. Meanwhile Godrej Emerald witnessed a steep fall this week.
