Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. which is 0.32% lower than the previous week. This week, there have been no new entrants. There have been some of the notable shufflings of positions, with Wadhwa Atmosphere taking the top position. Meanwhile, projects like Godrej Prime and Sheth Montana have both slipped down the ranks, this week.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹21,100 per sq. ft. which is 1.44% higher than the previous week. There have been little shifts this week, with no new entrants. Projects like Sai World City and Utsav City have slipped considerably, while Seawood Residences has climbed up the ranks, going from the 10th position to the seventh.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹67,200 per sq. ft. which is .14% higher than the previous week. This week, there have been two new entrants on to the list. Siddha Sky and Blu feature on the list, pushing out Avana and Island City Center. Meanwhile, Planet Godrej has slipped down the ranks this week.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There have been two new entrants on the list. The Walk and Piramal Vaikunth feature on this list pushing Dosti West County and Solitaire. Meanwhile, there have been several notable changed in the rankings as well. Runwal Eirene's performance has taken a turn for the better, with the project going from the eighth position to the third. Godrej Emerald has performed well this week.
