Western Suburbs

There has been one new entrant this week - Aether, pushing out Kanakia Sevens. There have also been some positional changes as well. Sarova Sienna has risen notably, going from the ninth position to the first. Apart from this, both Vasant Oasis and Runwal Elegante have taken a fall.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹30,500 per sq. ft. which is the same as the previous week. This week, there has been one new entrant, pushing off Piramal Revanta to make way forAllure. There have been some of the notable shufflings of positions, with Intelligentia risen notably, all the way up to the fourth position. Meanwhile, Alta Vista has made its way down to the ninth position. Runwal Bliss has performed well this week.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,800 per sq. ft. which is the same as the previous week. There have been little shifts this week, with only one new entrant. Indiabulls Park is the new addition to the list, pushing off Arihant Anshula. There have been some hierarchal shifts.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹67,100 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. This week, there have been one new entrant on to the list. Blu now features on the list, pushing Avana out of the list. World view has now become the most popular project, followed by Crescent Bay. However, There have been very little shuffling otherwise.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There have been two new entrants on the list. Solitaire and Sheth Zuri feature on this list pushing Planet North and The Walk out. Meanwhile, there have been several notable changed in the rankings as well. Dosti West County's performance has taken a turn for the worst, with the project dropping from the fourth position to the tenth. Rustomjee Azziano has performed well this week.
