Here are the projects that stood as the most demanded ones across Mumbai for the week.


Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹40,300 per sq. ft., which is 0.24% lower than the previous week. There has been one new entrant this week - Marina Enclave features in the list after pushing out Mahindra Vicino, that ranked at the top position last week. There have been some positional changes as well. Projects like Kanakia Paris and Lodha Fiorenza have performed well this week. Meanwhile, Western Heights has slipped down the ranks.


Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. which is the same as the previous week. This week, there have been two new entrants. Regent Hill, a new addition to the list and Altavista have both displaced projects like Poddar Spraha Diamond and Jaswanti Woods. There have been notable hierarchal shifts this week. Godrej Prime, that ranked the top last week slipped down the list, now positioned on the seventh rank. Alongside this, projects like Emerald Isle, Runwal Pinnacle and Runwal Bliss too have come down the ranks. Wadhwa Atmosphere performed well this week, making its way up to the top, from its previously held fourth position last week. This week, Regent Hill has made its debut on the top 10 most popular projects across the Eastern Suburbs.


Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai stands at ₹21,200 per sq. ft. which is 0.95% higher than the previous week. There have been little shifts this week, with one new entrant. Indiabulls Park has replaced Arihant Anshula this week. Projects like Sai World City and Green World have performed well this week. However, Seawood Residences which was in the seventh position last week has slipped to the bottom.


South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹67,000 per sq. ft. which is 0.29% lower than the previous week. This week, there has been one new entrant on to the list. Lodha Venezia has replaced Blu in the list. There have been very little hierarchal shifts this week. Island City Centre has come up the chart, while, Minerva has slipped down.


Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,600 per sq. ft, unchanged from the previous week. There have been two new entrants on the list. Neelkanth Greens and Kalpataru Camellia feature on this list pushing out Godrej Emerald and Solitaire. Meanwhile, there have been several notable changes in the rankings as well. Projects like The Walk, Rustomjee Azziano and Piramal Vaikunth have risen the chart, while Runwal Eirene has slipped. Codename Rare Gem has seen a huge fall, down to the seventh position from the first last week.
